ADHD – Right to choose (NHS england)

If you are based in England under the NHS you now have a legal right to choose your mental healthcare provider and your choice of mental healthcare team. This important right means that, for instance, should you decide the waiting time for your ADHD assessment is too long, then you can choose alternative providers.

Health management – Year of Care

Clinics are held for patients who suffer from long term conditions such as heart problems, asthma, diabetes etc.  Please see below for further information regarding Year of Care.

Nurse practitioner

We have highly skilled practitioners who can assess and treat many conditions normally seen by a GP. The can also prescribe medications.

Flu and COVID-19 Vaccination clinics

Each year we deliver flu clinics to people in at-risk groups. These people are at greater risk of developing serious complications if they catch flu, such as pregnant women and elderly people. Where we can, we also offer patients the opportunity to receive their COVID-19 vaccination at the same time.

Patients who are eligible for flu and COVID-19 vaccinations will be contacted directly by the practice.

6-week checks

We have a dedicated session on Wednesday afternoons for 6 week baby checks. An invite to book an appointment will be sent by the practice.
