GETTING HELP WITH: Prescriptions
Repeat prescription order line: 01670 570 162
From Monday 30 September, patients who wish to request a prescription can call our prescription line on 01670 570162. You will be put through to a voicemail service where you will be asked to leave your name, date of birth, address, and requested items.
A member of our team will action your request and get back to you if needed.
Please allow 5 working days for your prescription to be ready.
The prescription line is open from 8.00 am – 6.30 pm Monday – Thursday and 8.00 am – 4.00 pm on Fridays.

Online prescriptions
If you are a registered patient with our practice you can order repeat prescriptions online or via the NHS App: NHS App – NHS (www.nhs.uk).
First, you will need to obtain a log-in ID and password from the practice by coming in with some form of ID. Once you have these details you will be able to go online and set up a username and password for online repeat prescription service. You will then be able to order your repeat prescriptions for collection in 72 hours.
